Warranty & Returns

All warranty periods indicated are from Fobae.com, unless otherwise noted and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depends on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Fobae.com. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will cover only the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling or any other damages etc. Fobae.com does not warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Fobae.com by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complaint and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be used for further communication.

After receiving the RMA number, customer will be required to ship the defective item back to Fobae.com with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. It must also include a copy of invoice and any email communication you have had with our support team. We recommend that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Fobae.com does not warrant a physically damaged product. The customer must bear the cost for the shipping and provide the necessary information along with the receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

Fobae International will not cover any Return shipping charges for any products:

If customers choose our service to pickup and drop for RMA items, they will be charged AED 40/- (Forty Dirham). Otherwise customer has to arrange drop and pickup from office after servicing of product.

If the product is found to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, Customer has to inform Fobae immediately as soon as the product is delivered, once the product is ready for the pickup, customer will be informed by e-mail or phone. Customer can also visit our premises to collect/replace their product.

For any defective products, customer may have to wait for 2-6 weeks until Fobae.com gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.

It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turnaround time. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship or even next day delivery to their doorstep for replacement warranty services.

Fobae facilitates warranty service between customer and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Fobae will not cover any shipping charges.

If the product is handed over to Fobae which is not defective, customer has to bear the shipping cost.

Fobae is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier. Please read the product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

Customer Satisfaction (Standard Return Policy):

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date. For more details and policy, please refer below.

  •     Return for replacement within 15 days
  •     Warranty : 1 Year
  •     Refurbished product : 90 days

Promotional Offers:

  •     Return for replacement within 15 days
  •     Warranty : 1 Year
  •     Refurbished product : 90 days

Bundle Offers:

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as a part of bundle offers, clearance stock, combo offers or noted as free or super low price.

Refurbished or Re-Certified Products:

  •     Return for replacement within 15 days
  •     Warranty: 90 Days

In case of False Information about defective items, customer will be charged AED 50/- for pick & drop service.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement:

  •     Any physical damage.
  •     The manufacturer label containing model number and part number which are missing on products.
  •     The manufacturer warranty label which are missing on products.
  •     The accessories which are missing in the original box.
  •     Returned without original invoice.
  •     Products which are not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy.
  •     Products which are not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy.
  •     Products which come along with genuine operating system or any other software cannot be returned or replaced after using it.
